Summary
Oversees and manages the end-to-end apparel production process for the Lil Legs baby clothing line while also leading product development initiatives for the Lilette brand.

Job Duties

  • Manage daily communication and timelines between vendors, factories, and internal teams for production orders.
  • Oversee raw material ordering, sourcing, and procurement to align with production schedules.
  • Develop tech packs and review design specifications and bills of materials.
  • Monitor sample development, fit approvals, and pre-production stages; perform quality control.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, manage revisions, and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods while ensuring CPSIA and safety standards compliance.
  • Maintain production databases, track purchase orders, and update WIP (Work in Progress) reports.
  • Research and select new fabrics, trims, and washes for future collections.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Production, Textile Engineering, Textile Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion production.
  • Experience working with overseas factories and vendors.
  • Familiarity with garment construction, fit standards, and tech pack development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and PLM/ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards for children’s apparel (e.g., CPSIA).
