Return policy
Lil Legs Baby offers a simple returns policy for all products purchased online - subject to the rules detailed below.
All items purchased on SALE, or using ANY DISCOUNT CODE, are FINAL SALE.
All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup email for a refund and within 14 days for a site credit.
Return time does not allow for any exclusions including holidays.
We recommend trying on all purchased items once received to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary.
After 14 days all orders are final sale.
Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in their original condition and packaging with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached.
A packing slip or copy of your confirmation email must be included in your package.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Please note there is a 3% restocking fee for all RETURNS.
*Returns over $500 USD are subjected to a 6% restocking fee.
We do not do exchanges. Please return the item and place a new online order.
Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
A packing slip or copy of your confirmation email must be included in your package. Returns can either be dropped off or shipped back. Dropped off returns can be left at the warehouse drop box any time of day.

The customer is responsible for ALL taxes and duties.
Before sending your order internationally, please ensure that it is correct and undamaged as we cannot assume responsibility once it has left the country or exceeded the return window.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate cancellations. However, in the occurrence that we can fulfill your cancellation request, please note that a 3% restocking fee may apply.
