• Items purchased on sale or with any discount code are non-returnable and considered final sale.
• To initiate a return, all requests must be submitted through our return portal.
• Returns for a refund must be completed within 7 days from the delivery or pickup notification date. Returns for store credit must be done within 14 days.
• After 14 days, all sales are final.
• The return period applies even during holidays or special exclusions.
• Returned merchandise must include all tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. (unused and unwashed)
• Important Note Regarding Promotions: If a return is initiated and a promotional item is part of it, and the return amount is less than the value of the promotion, then the promotional fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Return an Item:

• You can return your purchase using the pre-paid return label provided through the portal or by dropping it off at our warehouse.
• If you opted for Return Label Insurance and Package Protection during checkout (via Redo), you’ll receive a free return shipping label. The restocking fee still applies.
• Without the protection, using our return label costs $7, which will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee.

Restocking Fees:

• A 3% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
• Returns exceeding $500 USD are subject to a 6% restocking fee.
• To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
